all felt peices are made by hand by liz, one at a time, using a traditional feltmaking technique that combines hot water, dish soap, and friction. felt products are available in a full range of colors, made with wool purchased from my local wool store--which is now in kyoto, japan.
easy feltmaking kits are available from my etsy shop; one of a kind felt creations may appear there as well. felt cafe continues to make handfelted cozies and accessories, and is always happy to hear from you and about your ideas for felt!
for a little more than a year, i have been crafting it up in kobe japan. in march 2008, i am moving back to the states. during the move, i will not be accepting any custom orders, and my etsy shop will also be on hiatus.
